Welcome to UniRemote (“the App”). We value your privacy and data security. This Privacy Policy explains the types of information we collect, how we use and share it, your rights, the protective measures we take, and how you can contact us.

Device and Connection Information: device model, operating system version, network information required for LAN discovery, IP address, and connection diagnostics;
Usage and Performance Data: feature usage statistics, crash logs, and performance diagnostics;
Error and Log Information: technical logs for troubleshooting purposes;
Information You Voluntarily Provide: information you submit voluntarily or with your explicit consent.
Subscription-Related Information：When you purchase paid subscription services for this application through the Apple App Store, we only obtain information authorized by Apple, such as your subscription status, unique order identifier, and subscription validity period. This information is used solely to verify your subscription rights and provide you with the corresponding premium services.We do not collect any sensitive payment information, including your Apple ID password, bank card number, or transaction amount. All data related to subscription payments is independently managed by the Apple App Store, and the security of payments is the responsibility of Apple Inc. and you.
The App can be used without registration. Certain functions or third-party SDKs may require additional permissions (such as local network, Bluetooth, or location). You will be prompted by the system and data will only be collected after you have given explicit consent.
We use collected data to:
provide and maintain App functions, troubleshoot and optimize performance, conduct product improvements and statistical analysis, comply with legal obligations, and—where you have consented—pursue other lawful purposes. Where required by applicable law, we will identify the legal basis for processing.
We may use third-party services or integrate third-party SDKs. The names, purposes, and providers of such SDKs are listed in the Third-Party SDK List annex. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any dispute arising from or relating to this Policy shall first be resolved through friendly negotiation; failing which, either party may bring the dispute before a court of competent jurisdiction at the defendant’s location.
